Hi, for sale is my 2001 Y reg quiksilver
Reason for sale is that ive just got my 1yrs No claims so im now looking for a gti
Car has about 81500miles on it
Just flew through the mot, with 2 advisories, 1 being a nail in the tyre which got changed the same day and the other was the front o/s ball joint is starting to get some play in it, but nothing serious yet and can be driven fine is what he told me
therefore has
12months MOT
6months TAX
the headgasket was done about 4k miles ago, head skimmed ect, timing belt replaced, all done at a professional garage with receipts
new radiator fitted not too long ago
rear drum replaced at the same time
Condition
Inside
front seats is great condition
rear leather bench also in great condition
Outside
Paint work is in ok condition, a few patches on the back bumper that has some paint peeled off (comon thing as far as im aware, probably wrong though)
Passenger side door had been bent out and broke into when the last owner had it, so there is a slight crease in the door but still closes properly
front bumper has a small crack where the car hit a pole when it was icey, was going less than 5mph so only slight damage to the bumper! needs to be put back on properly as it was knocked off slightly, nothing major
small dint in the drivers door
passenger door quiksilver badge missing the q cos when i tried taking them off i realised they had been laquered over

Mods
Powerflow exhaust (as far as i know, from the manifold back)
Pipercross Air filter
Lowered about 40mm at the front and was told 1 click at the back, however much that is? i would say around 55-60mm
Has a spoiler but not a gti one, and not some stupid big one but is shown in the picture
All was done before i got it so not aware of what had been done when lowering ect
Pictures will show o.z superturismos but car will come with raptors
Raptors arnt in the greatest condition, having curbing ect, could do with a refurd, all tyres have plenty of tread left though
However for an extra 270 i will add the o.z wheels with the car if the buyer wants |
